Postage/Shipping

SHIPPING TIMES AND CHARGES

For smaller parcels shipping is via Australia Post, click here for shipping costs within Australia.

Collect

Larger items and pieces of furniture must be collected from our store within the Empire Revival antique centre in Paddington, Brisbane. You’re also welcome to collect your smaller orders.
Please select 'local pick-up' at check out and we will message you to arrange a time for collection of your order.  Please note that we do not arrange couriers but we’re happy to liaise with a courier of your choice.

Australia standard delivery 

Many of our items can be sent in standard Australia Post.
The cost of shipping will be calculated at check out and is generally based on the size of the package and the weight of the items purchased.

Fragile items 

Fragile items may incur higher shipping costs as they require additional packaging and insurance. Please note that if you order more than one item, your fragile item may be sent separately. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR ITEMS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED 

We insure all deliveries against loss or damage and take a great deal of care to ensure that every order is packed securely and in a way which minimises the chance of damage during the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your items are lost or damaged during delivery, the issue will be dealt with in accordance with the policies of Australia Post or the courier service used for that particular order.
