Victorian Wash Stand
Lovely Victorian era pine wash stand with marble top. The pine has been scrubbed and finished with an old Scandinavian soap method which takes away the yellow tones and leaves the wood with a beautiful “bleached” appearance. The marble shows signs of age with pleasant discolouration in parts and, barely visible are 3 small holes which have been filled. Perfect for use as a bathroom vanity by adding a vessel such as the antique bowl.
