Rare Vintage Belgian Gingerbread Speculoos Mould
Rare double sided mould. Speculoos are a type of thin spiced shortbread traditionally made and eaten on Saint Nicholas Day and throughout the Christmas season. Wooden hand carved moulds such as this have been used for centuries to make the varied traditional biscuit patterns. They make a fabulous kitchen display piece all year round.
This one will make a very large biscuit; its overall size is 46cm tall and 16.5cm wide.
